Clean & Prep Your Roof

The first step to do after painting. Once the roof is clean, the repairs will take place. Any loose ridge caps will be pulled up and replaced with a sand and cement mixture underneath, all ridge caps will be sealed in using a flexible pointing compound and broken tiles will be repaired or replaced.

This will help the paint to adhere properly and create a smooth, even finish. To clean the dirt on the roof we use the high pressure water to remove all this dust. We don’t use any chemicals to remove dust particles.

Replacement Roof Tiles

Replacement roof tiles which should be done after painting. This is important to replace the tiles because in the old tiles, there must be dust, and some may be broken.

In most cases, our replacement roof tiles are used versions as their surface will match all other tiles on the roof after being coated. We inspect all the roof tiles to check for any cracks or breakages and swap tiles out where needed.
